TwelveLabs is hiring an IT Support Engineer to build, operate, and scale internal technology systems for its global workforce. The role covers employee support, identity and access management, macOS and Windows endpoint management, SaaS administration, Wi-Fi and networking, automation, compliance controls, office technology, and IT asset lifecycle management. The engineer will work with Security, People, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and Engineering teams, support distributed offices and remote employees, and may travel up to 10% annually. The position requires at least four years of relevant IT experience and offers health, dental, vision, flexible leave, learning stipends, and visa support where applicable.
