Description
The IT Support Engineer will independently and collaboratively plan, coordinate, and implement large-scale information technology systems, including servers, desktops, laptops, applications, and security. Responsibilities include operating-system and application deployments, server and desktop configuration, hardware lifecycle management, troubleshooting, end-user support, inventory management, technology integration, and strategic hardware and software recommendations. The role requires a bachelor's degree, specialized IT training, or equivalent experience, at least three years of desktop hardware and software support, virtualization experience, and three years of Windows Server and desktop operating-system experience. The base compensation is $75,000 to $110,000, with medical, dental, retirement benefits, and PTO eligibility.
