Pediatrics Plus is hiring a full-time IT Support Engineer to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and support hardware, software, networks, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and related technology systems. The role provides remote and onsite technical support, manages help-desk tickets, performs proactive site visits, maintains technology inventory and documentation, and coordinates with IT staff and outside providers. The position requires travel to Pediatrics Plus locations within approximately a two-hour driving radius, a valid Arkansas driver's license, and regular attendance. Compensation starts at $65,000 annually, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and paid time off.
