Channel Factory is hiring an IT Support Engineer for a six-month fixed-term position based in the United States and reporting to the Director, Info Security/Compliance. The role provides Tier 2/3 IT support, macOS and Jamf fleet management, device procurement and lifecycle operations, onboarding and offboarding coordination, Google Workspace and SSO/MFA administration, and regional IT collaboration. Candidates need at least four years of IT support, service desk, or systems administration experience, strong macOS expertise, and experience with Google Workspace, SSO/MFA, networking, and hardware procurement. The position offers up to $75,000 annualized, medical, vision, dental, and life insurance benefits, plus stipends and reimbursement.
