Amazon is hiring an IT Support Engineer I to provide technical support and implement solutions for computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise application software across sites in a defined geographical area. The role includes network engineering, troubleshooting, data cabling, systems administration, infrastructure availability, local technical projects, process improvement, customer support, and regional travel. Candidates need at least one year of Windows Server experience, two years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high-availability environment, two years of PC repair and deployment experience, and two years of networking and corporate operating-system support experience, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.
