Amazon OTS is hiring an IT Support Engineer to deploy technical solutions across regional facilities, support hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications, maintain network and systems uptime, conduct root-cause analysis, improve IT processes, and provide remote and on-site assistance. The role requires experience with Windows server technologies, networking, multi-user high-availability troubleshooting, and Windows, Mac, or Linux systems, along with relevant certifications.
