Description
Inetum Polska is hiring an IT Service Operations Manager to build, operate, and improve IT services; analyze incidents, problems, and system weaknesses; support users and business teams; manage incident and problem management, service operations processes, external providers, SLAs, and crisis readiness; and contribute to technology projects. The role requires at least two years of IT Operations or IT Service Management experience, knowledge of infrastructure and cloud technologies, a university degree in IT or equivalent experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. It is based in Środa Śląska or Komorniki with at least four days per week onsite.
