Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections has a contract IT Support/Information Technology Coordinator opening in Frackville, Pennsylvania. The role is fully onsite and provides hands-on technical support across correctional facilities, including troubleshooting hardware, software, automation, networks, and telecommunications; systems and user-account administration; equipment and software installation, maintenance, inventory, disposal, and procurement; ServiceNow documentation; user assistance and training; vendor liaison work; GTL tablet/kiosk administration; and analysis and development of institutional software applications. The contract is stated to run for up to 13 months and requires five years of experience with call tracking, ticketing software, and support issue management, plus five years of equivalent hardware and software technical-support experience; a four-year college degree is highly desired.
