Description
The IT Support Manager will lead the local IT support team at Bulls Vision Group's Albania office in Tirana, overseeing workload, support cases, priorities, and escalation while reporting to the company's IT Manager. The role also manages IT equipment, hardware and software, Google Workspace, user access, onboarding and offboarding, virtual servers, Windows and Linux systems, and integration tools such as Monday.com, Freshdesk, Slack, and Make/Integromat. Candidates need at least three years of IT support or help-desk experience, team-management experience, strong technical and organizational skills, and upper-intermediate English proficiency.
