Tumodo is hiring a full-time IT Support Manager in Dubai to oversee day-to-day IT operations, network infrastructure, hardware and software support, security, vendor relationships, equipment procurement, and IT projects. The role also leads and mentors a distributed IT support team and partners with business leaders to align technology with organizational goals. Candidates need 4–5+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure or support experience, knowledge of operating systems, networks, firewalls, and peripherals, strong communication skills, and fluent English.
