Description
Baseten is hiring an IT Support / Operations Engineer to bring technical support in-house and serve as the primary escalation point for hardware and software issues across its Mac and Windows fleet. The role manages user lifecycle administration, IT onboarding, office infrastructure, asset procurement, knowledge-base development, office buildouts, and workflow automation, while also supporting systems administration and cloud-based services. It is a hybrid position based in San Francisco or New York, requiring three days per week in the office.
