Bosch is hiring an IT Support Professional in Workplace Support and Digital Enablement in Manisa to provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and workplace technologies; manage local IT inventory and hardware asset lifecycles; troubleshoot user and industrial-device issues; collaborate with central IT and external partners; and develop Microsoft Power Platform automations and digital-enablement sessions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least two years of IT support experience, strong customer and communication skills, Windows 11 and hardware knowledge, and advanced English.
