The position maintains business applications and critical infrastructure, supports cloud environments and applications, responds to ServiceNow tickets, troubleshoots hardware and software, and supports A/V, mobile, and other field systems. Candidates need a bachelor's degree with three years of related experience or an associate/vocational/technical degree with five years of related experience, plus IT support and management experience, cloud and automation experience, ServiceNow experience, and professional certification.
