IMS Nanofabrication is hiring an IT Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for employees’ IT needs. The role provides first-level support for Windows and Linux systems, applications, hardware, networks, servers, security systems, and business applications; manages tickets, assets, documentation, onboarding, and offboarding; and collaborates with second-level support and external providers. The position requires completed IT education, several years of IT support experience, knowledge of Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and ITSM/ITIL processes, along with German and English language skills. The starting gross annual salary is €45,000, with a bonus and collective agreement for the metalworking trade.
