Bechtle is hiring an IT Support Specialist to install, configure, and support hardware and software solutions; independently analyze incidents; communicate with customers; document work; and handle hardware replacements. The role requires completed technical training or comparable IT support experience, at least two years of professional IT experience, initial hardware and operating-system experience, and strong German and English skills. Part-time work is possible, and the role may involve shift work and on-call duty.
