Bechtle Managed Services GmbH is hiring an IT Support Specialist to install and configure Windows 11 workstations, support colleagues with challenging customer applications, troubleshoot hardware and software faults, reassign malfunctioning devices, replace damaged components, and document work steps. The role also supports IT projects and the team leader and service manager. Candidates should have completed technical training in a comparable IT systems or electronics field, practical experience with applications and onboarding, knowledge of Microsoft Windows and networking, and German and basic English skills.
