Description
The IT Support Specialist provides operational support for the Bundeswehr’s internal IT landscape, including first-level user support, client management for Windows 11 and Microsoft Office, IT project participation, documentation, hardware and software installation, and coordination with external providers. The role requires an IT vocational qualification, at least one year of relevant experience, familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, SCCM, networks, and virtualization, strong German skills, and occasional travel to Troisdorf in the Cologne/Bonn region. The gross annual salary is €40,000 to €55,000, with security screening required.
