Description
The Jr. IT Resource supports routine to complex information-system issues for workstations, software, printers, networks, servers, LAN connectivity, and wireless networking. The role troubleshoots hardware and software, installs and configures computers and peripherals, responds to user queries, documents processes, and proposes technology improvements. It reports to the Chief Technology Officer, requires technology and networking experience, and pays $23 per hour with increases based on experience.
