Description
The Jr. IT Resource supports routine to complex information-system issues for workstations, software, printers, networks, servers, LAN connectivity, and wireless networking. The role troubleshoots hardware and software, installs and configures computers and peripherals, responds to user queries, documents processes, and proposes technology improvements. It reports to the Chief Technology Officer, starts at $23 per hour, and requires a technology background, Windows and network troubleshooting experience, a valid driver’s license, and travel to store locations in Pennsylvania and New York.
