DCI Donor Services is hiring an onsite IT Support Specialist in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role supports and improves laptops, applications, servers, networks, and technical systems; handles help-desk tickets; administers hardware, software, and systems; provides user training; and maintains IT documentation and policies. Candidates should have an information technology-related associate degree or equivalent experience and at least three years of hands-on IT experience supporting servers, desktops, laptops, and systems in a business environment, including Windows and Office experience.
