The role handles first- and second-level support, procurement and setup of hardware and software, client lifecycle compliance, documentation of larger rollouts, and planning, coordination, implementation, and documentation of IT projects. Candidates need vocational training or a comparable qualification in IT system integration, helpdesk and user-support experience, knowledge of Windows and macOS, strong German and English skills, and analytical and service-oriented abilities.
