The position handles Windows laptop setup, hardware and software troubleshooting, peripheral diagnostics, Starlink connectivity monitoring, basic server-related tasks, IT inventory, documentation, and coordination with global IT teams. Candidates should have 1–3 years of IT support or helpdesk experience, strong Windows troubleshooting knowledge, basic networking understanding, independent problem-solving and communication skills, and English at B1.2 level or higher.
