Heralex is hiring an IT Support Specialist to handle customer error reports and remote maintenance, maintain workstations and servers at customer sites, and implement new hardware and software solutions. The role requires completed IT training, strong knowledge of networking, Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL Server, VMware, and Microsoft Hyper-V, along with strong communication, independent work, and a class B driver’s license.
