Description
Kolektor Conttek GmbH is hiring an IT Support Specialist to install, configure, and maintain PCs, notebooks, printers, scanners, and mobile devices; support local networks and communications infrastructure; troubleshoot hardware and software issues; commission workstations; support production IT systems; document IT processes; and collaborate with the central IT team and external service providers. The role requires vocational training in IT systems electronics, system integration, or a comparable technical qualification, knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365, basic network knowledge, German and English skills, and a service-oriented, solution-focused approach.
