Description
The IT Support Specialist will provide first- and second-level support for internal and external users, install and maintain laboratory software, manage electronic communication with external submitters, conduct training, troubleshoot issues remotely or on-site, capture customer requirements, document installations and tickets, and contribute to innovative projects. The role prefers several years of IT experience in the medical sector, especially with physician information systems, and requires a B driving license. The monthly minimum gross salary for full-time employment is EUR 3,300 including allowances, with additional pay possible.
