medatixx is hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide end-user support, handle inquiries, install and troubleshoot Windows and peripheral devices, configure and monitor virtual environments and server operating systems, document issues, and independently manage Telematics Infrastructure faults, changes, and extensions.
