Description
The IT Support Specialist will provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, peripherals, PCs, printers, and workstations in Summit, Missouri. The role serves as the primary contact for internal end-users, helps maintain application uptime and data integrity through backup rotations, and performs diagnostics, maintenance, cable setup, and workstation installations. Required qualifications include a technical certification or equivalent experience, PC hardware assembly and diagnostics experience, basic server administration and office software knowledge, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use ladders or lifts, and strong customer service and communication skills. The position pays $40,000-$60,000 per year.
