The IT Support Specialist will support employees across various locations, coordinate service requests, process incidents, assist with hardware and software questions, manage user accounts and permissions, contribute to IT projects, and develop IT service processes. The role requires IT training, knowledge of SAP, operating systems, and IT security, German language skills, a class B driver’s license, and strong digital-tool collaboration skills.
