6tem TI is hiring an intermediate-level IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to clients in the Sherbrooke region through remote and on-site work. The role involves diagnosing and resolving workstation, network, and infrastructure issues; installing and maintaining equipment and systems; providing customer service; and identifying technology optimization opportunities. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with approximately 50% travel, a 40-hour workweek, competitive salary, travel and phone allowances, vacation, group insurance, RRSP contributions, training support, and other benefits.
