Rivkin Radler is hiring a full-time hybrid IT Support Specialist to provide end-user technical support, hardware and software troubleshooting, deployment and imaging, user configuration, onboarding and offboarding, equipment moves and installations, mobile device support, and audio/video meeting setup. The role requires at least three years of Windows 11 and Office 365 experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the Uniondale office and two days remotely. The annualized salary range is $55,000 to $65,000, with medical and dental insurance and other benefits.
