Description
Rocket Lab is hiring an onsite IT Support Specialist at its Auckland Production Complex to provide day-to-day IT support, manage incident, request, problem, change, and project tickets, and support onboarding of new hires. The role requires at least two years of IT support experience, a high school diploma, and exposure to desktop operating systems, PC hardware, networking, scripting, Active Directory, and Group Policy. The position may involve domestic travel, evening and weekend shifts, and on-call participation.
