Rocket Lab is hiring an onsite IT Support Specialist at its headquarters to provide day-to-day IT support, manage incident, request, problem, change, and project tickets, and support onboarding of new hires. The role requires at least two years of IT support experience, a high school diploma or GED, and exposure to desktop operating systems, PC hardware, networking, scripting, Active Directory, and Group Policy. The position may require evening, weekend, and on-call shifts, and offers an hourly pay range of $23.08 to $28.25 USD for California-only candidates.
