The Pharmacy Hub is hiring two IT Support Specialists to provide hands-on desktop and end-user technical support across its Davie and Miami Gardens, Florida locations. The role covers hardware, software, printer, and network troubleshooting; employee onboarding and offboarding; equipment setup, deployment, and inventory management; ticketing; and documentation. It is a 100% on-site position split between the two locations, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with possible travel between offices. The position requires at least two years of relevant IT experience, an associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience, and knowledge of business applications, networking, and remote-support tools. The pay range is $49,000 to $62,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
