Description
The role supports a three-person on-site IT team by handling user requests, devices, applications, networks, servers, printers, and media technology; assisting with OT system integration; managing LAN, VLANs, firmware, monitoring, and switch configuration; troubleshooting physical and virtual systems; and contributing to local IT projects. The position requires an IT specialist qualification in system integration or a comparable qualification, initial IT support experience, basic Microsoft services knowledge, and willingness to learn.
