The role provides second- and third-level customer support, plans and operates IMAC tasks, installs and integrates IT and end-user devices, maintains Microsoft server and Citrix products, and monitors internet connections, firewalls, VPNs, and routers. It requires vocational IT training or a comparable qualification, data-center or IT-security experience, strong German skills, and an agile, solution-oriented working style.
