IntelliPro is hiring an IT Support Specialist for a 12-month contract role in Whitestown, Indiana. The onsite position provides first-level technical support to warehouse employees and internal users, handling laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, Zebra printers, hardware and software troubleshooting, device setup, imaging, user onboarding and offboarding, ticket logging, and basic network connectivity. The role requires 1–3 years of IT support experience, basic troubleshooting and networking knowledge, and comfort working onsite in a warehouse environment.
