Description
The role provides second- and third-level support for software infrastructure and clients, including administration, configuration, optimization, lifecycle management, documentation, and permission management for operating systems, virtualization, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Azure, and business applications. It requires vocational training or a comparable qualification, Microsoft-environment experience, and experience in IT support, with strong Windows Server, Active Directory, authorization, and GPO knowledge. The position is based in the Damovo data center in Düsseldorf and offers hybrid working.
