Chimes is hiring a full-time, onsite IT Support Specialist in Exton, Pennsylvania, for a Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. schedule at $23.08 per hour. The role provides end-user hardware, software, and connectivity support; Active Directory and Office 365 administration; system imaging and deployment; ticketing documentation; and user training. Candidates need at least two years of technical support or similar experience, familiarity with Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, MDM, and Intune, and knowledge of helpdesk ticketing software.
