Description
The role supports and manages software distribution and office productivity solutions in a digital workplace, creates and maintains Windows installation scripts, supports software rollouts and configuration and release management, handles incidents and service requests, resolves technical issues, and collaborates with internal teams. It requires Microsoft Windows and Office experience, Windows scripting and PowerShell knowledge, software distribution and automated installation experience, ticketing-system experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and fluent German with at least good English.
