Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing is partnering with an international organization to hire a full-time IT Support Technician for its U.S. office in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. The role provides first-line support for hardware, software, user accounts, networking, and business applications; manages devices through Microsoft Intune and Autopilot; administers Microsoft 365 services; coordinates onboarding and offboarding; tracks incidents through ticketing systems; and supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central issues. The position is primarily on-site with one remote workday per week and requires 3–6 years of relevant IT support experience, an associate degree or vocational training, and hands-on Microsoft 365 and Windows experience.
