Tri-Force Consulting Services is hiring an IT Support Technician for a six-month onsite assignment at the DCAS Testing Center in Brooklyn, New York. The role provides technical support for computers, hardware, software, peripherals, and network connectivity; installs, configures, and troubleshoots Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS systems; performs system administration and documentation; and may support other MTA locations. The position requires weekend availability when exams are scheduled and the ability to move and lift equipment.
