Description
The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware; troubleshoots LAN, WAN, and other systems; installs, modifies, and repairs hardware and software; guides customers through problem-solving; documents processes; and escalates unresolved issues. The role requires at least one year of related experience or training, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
