Description
The European Spallation Source is hiring a full-time permanent IT Support Technician for its IT Helpdesk team at the ESS Campus in Lund, Sweden. The role supports users at the physical service desk, remotely, or by phone; manages incidents and service requests; deploys and configures laptops, workstations, and mobile devices; troubleshoots hardware, software, operating systems, drivers, accounts, networks, printers, and meeting-room equipment; and manages IT assets. Candidates need at least two years of relevant IT support experience, practical experience with Windows and macOS devices, and knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
