Description
Helpt is hiring multiple full-time IT Support Technicians to provide 24/7 onshore technical support for drivers and fleet technology, including ELD logins, tablets, dashcams, connectivity, and related troubleshooting. The role requires strong communication, organization, troubleshooting, customer service, and familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems; prior ELD or telematics experience is a plus.
