Katalyst Data Management is hiring a full-time IT Support Technician in Sevenoaks, Kent, UK, to provide hands-on desktop, hardware, software, network, user-access, and infrastructure support across its UK locations, including Sevenoaks and Sittingbourne. The role involves troubleshooting workstations, printers, servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows and Linux systems, and network connectivity; supporting global hardware teams; maintaining IT records; and traveling between offices and other UK and Norwegian sites as needed. The position requires an IT-related technical qualification or equivalent hands-on experience, English proficiency, and a valid driving license.
