MetroSys is hiring an IT Support Technician I to provide onsite technical support for hospital and clinic personnel across a regional healthcare environment. The role covers Windows desktop and laptop troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, printers and peripherals, mobile devices, basic networking, hardware and software installation, workstation changes, user accounts, ticket documentation, asset management, and travel to satellite healthcare facilities. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, technical training or entry-level IT experience, knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, basic networking, customer service skills, and a valid driver's license; CompTIA A+ certification and healthcare or help-desk experience are preferred.
