Description

Multi Media, LLC is seeking an IT Support Technician to join their team. This hybrid role involves providing comprehensive Help Desk support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various operating systems like macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, iOS, and Linux, as well as streaming devices. The technician will manage device preparation for shipping, handling onboarding/offboarding tasks, and basic SaaS account provisioning. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of IT support experience, familiarity with macOS and Windows 11, and strong problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

Help desk experience on a small IT team, owning tickets end-to-end.
