Description
Quadra Chemicals is hiring a full-time, permanent IT Support Technician to provide hands-on end-user support at the Edmonton, Alberta or Delta, British Columbia facility. The role covers hardware and software troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, inventory management, on-site and remote assistance, SLA management, and participation in IT projects. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or college diploma, at least four years of relevant IT support experience, and experience with Active Directory, Windows, Intune, MDM, RMM, and endpoint management tools. The position requires on-site work four days per week, occasional travel, on-call availability, and a valid driver’s license, passport, and willingness to travel up to 20%. The annual base salary is $52,300 to $78,515, with medical, dental, HSA, pension, and other benefits.
