SRS Acquiom is hiring an IT Support Technician for an on-site and in-person hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado. The position supports internal desktop and cloud application users, macOS and Windows hardware, network infrastructure, device troubleshooting, ticketing, onboarding, inventory, backups, and help-desk automation. The role requires enterprise macOS and Windows support, network and MDM administration, and the ability to work standard business hours with occasional nights or weekends; no visa sponsorship is available.
