Description
The IT Support Technician will support internal end-users and install, maintain, and troubleshoot company hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure in Parow. Responsibilities include managing user accounts and permissions, monitoring computer performance, maintaining equipment inventories, resolving LAN/WAN, VoIP, biometric, printer, and AV issues, coordinating with vendors, supporting application deployments, and managing Office 365 services. The role requires a Matric qualification, relevant Microsoft and CompTIA certifications, at least five years of experience in desktop, network, systems administration, or a similar role, and knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking protocols, and network security.
